I am the owner of Alliant Financial Solutions. I started Alliant because I believed there was a better, more personal, way to approach one our life's largest decisions: planning our financial future. My goal is to work as both a coach and a guide to clients, helping them toward a better financial future through holistic life-centered and value-based financial planning.

After “retiring” from the printing industry, I felt called to open my own financial services firm to do right by those I might serve and help them succeed. I was encouraged by family and friends to pursue this career due to my knowledge of personal finances, as well as my passion for client care. I have watched those close to me struggle to manage their finances and I want to help others avoid this fate. I have learned that each client is unique and I approaches each plan with the care and attention it deserves.

I have always been an entrepreneur even before I knew what the word meant; having had multiple forms of income during my youth. During my years in the print industry, I helped several companies realize success through financial management, marketing campaigns, and goal setting before owning my own business for over 15 years. I bring the same passion for my client’s success to Alliant Financial Solutions.

Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time with family and friends. I have been married to my wife, Brenda, for over 30 years, and we have two daughters, and three granddaughters. I love hiking, fishing, and outdoor photography. Brenda and I also enjoys long-distance touring on our motorcycles (you can see that image on the home page). In addition to everything else, I am also active in my local church and an active Bible student. I enjoy encouraging others through Bible studies in our home or church or where the Lord makes opportunities.
